M. Annette Rhodes

Leading our team is Annette Rhodes, an experienced attorney who has practiced in North Carolina since obtaining her Juris Doctor at Campbell University in 1986. Her focus is on developing personalized solutions and resolving clients’ problems in the most effective and reasonable way possible. Her abilities to listen, analyze, research, and develop strategies for successful resolution set her apart as an attorney and as a person.

A passionate advocate for justice and ethical negotiation, Annette was a partner in Hendrick & Rhodes in Fuquay-Varina, for 18 years and previously practiced law as an associate with the Raleigh firm of Allen & Pinnix for several years.  Before beginning her practice, she clerked for Judge K. Edward Greene of the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

Prior to attending law school, Annette worked as a legal assistant for a firm in Columbus, Ohio, and was a Peace Corps volunteer in what was then Zaire, Africa.  At Campbell University, she was an editorial member of the Law Review, and as an undergraduate at Muskingum College in Ohio, she was President of the Student Senate / Student Body.  She has been a member of the Board of Directors for North Carolina Right to Life since 1992, and has taught international business law in The People’s Republic of China.

 

Staff

Staff members are encouraged to reach their full potential and become integral members of the legal team.   They handle many of the details involved with gathering and documenting evidence and implementing strategies.
